2. Services Offered

Ivory Web Services provides:

  • Custom website design (WordPress, Shopify, HTML, etc.)

  • Mobile-friendly and responsive layouts

  • Basic on-page SEO setup

  • eCommerce site setup

  • Content integration (client-provided)

3. Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide all necessary content, assets, and approvals in a timely manner.

  • All materials provided (text, images, videos, etc.) must be owned or licensed by you.

  • Delays in content delivery or approvals may result in extended timelines.

4. Payment Terms

  • A 50% deposit is required to begin work.

  • The remaining 50% is due before final delivery or website launch.

  • All payments are non-refundable once work begins.

  • Accepted payment methods: PayPal

5. Project Timeline

  • Standard project duration is 8 business days for a 5-page website.

  • Timeline may vary depending on project complexity, revision cycles, and client response time.

6. Revisions and Approval

  • We offer up to 2 rounds of revisions per project.

  • Additional revisions will incur extra charges at our hourly rate.

  • Final approval is required before launch. Further changes post-approval may be billed separately.

7. Ownership and Rights

  • After full payment, the website design and files belong to client.

  • Ivory Web Services retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio or for promotional use.

  • We reserve the right to reuse non-proprietary code components in future projects.

8. Third-Party Services

  • Integration of third-party tools (e.g., plugins, analytics, payment gateways) is subject to their respective terms and availability.

  • Ivory Web Services is not liable for failures or updates related to third-party services.

  • Fees for domains, hosting, or premium plugins are the client’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

9. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Projects can be canceled at any time by the client.

  • Deposits are non-refundable once the project has started.

  • If significant work has been completed, additional charges may apply for hours already worked.

10. Limitation of Liability

Ivory Web Services will not be liable for any loss of profits, business interruptions, or damages resulting from use of our services. We do not guarantee traffic, rankings, or conversions unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.

11. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated without prior notice. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the current terms.
